Joseph focuses his practice on estate planning, trust work, and elder law. He is committed to providing practical, thoughtful legal guidance tailored to the unique needs of individuals and families navigating the complexities of wealth planning, asset protection, and long-term care considerations.
In his role, Joseph works closely with clients to design comprehensive estate plans that safeguard their legacies. His practice includes drafting wills, trusts, and powers of attorney; assisting with Medicaid and nursing home planning; guiding fiduciaries through estate and trust administration; and representing clients in guardianship and estate litigation matters. Joseph’s approach combines attention to detail with a personal touch, ensuring each client feels informed and supported throughout the legal process.
Joseph earned his Juris Doctor from Syracuse University College of Law, where he completed a Certificate of Advanced Legal Study in Estate Planning, and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Legal Studies from St. John Fisher University. He is admitted to practice law in New York. Joseph is actively involved with the Monroe County Bar Association and the New York State Bar Association, reflecting his commitment to ongoing professional development.
