Nick co-chairs the Trusts, Estates and Elder Law practice group. He enjoys guiding clients through some of life’s most challenging moments with clarity, steadiness, and a sense of perspective. He takes pride in making complex legal issues understandable, ensuring clients feel informed and empowered rather than overwhelmed.
His practice spans a wide range of matters, from navigating Medicaid asset protection to addressing estate tax planning issues for high-net-worth individuals—and everything in between. Regardless of the simplicity or complexity, he approaches each client relationship with the same focus: practical solutions, clear communication, and thoughtful strategy.
Outside the office, Nick enjoys spending time on the lake with his two children, Levi and Lilah, and playing tennis competitively – activities that reflect the family perspective and work ethic he brings to his work with clients.
